The company

Greenhouse Almanac Supply,a company that does not exist.

A fictional business with two product lines and one purpose: giving people realistic customer and sales work to practice on real software.

Line 1

Supply and Almanac

An annual greenhouse almanac and four garden supplies. Customers order online, items ship in a few days, and the service issues are the usual ones: a damaged item, a missing item, a billing mistake, a return.

CycleMinutes to days. Support does most of the work.

Line 2

The Greenhouse Build

Backyard greenhouse kits with installation, in two models. The small one is a quick package sale. The large one is a long consultative sale with a site visit, a written proposal, a permit check and a service plan.

CycleDays for the small model. Weeks to months for the large one.

Side by side

Two ways to sell, two ways to support.
