How long does shipping take?
The almanac and the seed-starting kit ship in 3 to 5 business days. Soil, pots and planters ship in 5 to 7 business days. Shipping is a flat $6.95 under $60 and free over $60.
An item arrived damaged or broken. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund it, following the returns policy.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Books can be returned if undamaged.
Where is my order?
Use the order status page. If tracking has not moved in 5 business days, send a message.
Is there a digital copy of the almanac?
Not at launch. Send us a message and we will note the request.
How is my information used?
This is a practice company, so no real orders or payments are processed. Please do not enter real personal information anywhere on this site.
