Shipping
Flat $6.95 under $60. Free over $60. Orders ship in 3 to 7 business days depending on the item.
Returns
30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Books are returnable if undamaged. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Damaged, defective or missing items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If the item is defective or was damaged in shipping, we replace or refund it, the customer's choice. Damage after delivery, such as drops or misuse, is not covered.
Refund approvals
Refunds up to $50 on a first request are approved by the support team. Larger or repeat requests need a manager review.
